Information about this person:
• Background Information. 160 William de Mohun, son and heir of William de Mohun, was a minor in 1175, and an adult by 1177. He held the barony of Dunster, Somerset, was a benefactor of the Bruton Priory, and went on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. He died Oct 1189, and married a woman named Lucy who was still living in 1201.

• Background Information. 141 William, son and heir, was a minor at the time of his father's death and was a ward of the King. For his maintenance the sum £18 was allowed for eighteen months, presumably until he came of age, for he had livery of his lands in 1177. He was a benefactor of Bruton, and confirmed the gifts of his father and grandfather, and granted the tithe of certain mills in Normandy to the abbey of the Holy Trinity of La Luzerne. He apparently went to Jerusalem on pilgrimage, and possibly died abroad in 1193. He married a woman named Lucy.
