III, No.12, married Alice, da. of Edmund Fitz-Alan de Arundell, Kt., younger brother to Richard 13 EArl of Arundell, parents of Thomas Carew, Baron Hydron, son and heir, age 8 years at the death of his father, ob. 9 Hen. VI, married to Elizabeth, da. and coh. of Sir William Bonville of Shute.

John, the son, married Margaret, the daughter of John Lord Mohun of Dunster and had issue Sir John, who died in his life time without iss, and Leonard. Sir John Carru, son of John & father of Leonard, died 16 of May, annon 36 of King Edward III.
