Fry Ambrosio Guerra remitted the proceedings to Vicar Ortega o 19 Jul 1800. On 2 Aug 1800, Father Guerra stated that on 31 Jul he had explained that the proceedings were not sent promptly to Durango because Miguel Antonio Jaramillo was unfaithful. Father Guerra was unable to located the baptismal record for Miguel Antonio Jaramillo in Alburquerque, but he met with his padrinos. Vicente Armijo swore that he was a certain that when fray Manuel Rojo was minister in Alburquerque, he and his sister, María de la Luz Armijo were padrinos for Miguel Antonio Jaramillo, the legimate son of the late Cristóbal Jaramillo and Manuel Armijo. He did not recall how many years passed since that time. He signed the declaration on 29 Jul 1800.
In Santa Fé, 4 Aug 1800, Vicar Ortega granted the dispensation. The bishop revalidated the marriage in Durango on 10 Oct 1801
