Vicente Ferrer Duran y Armijo
- Born: 1746, Santa Fé, Nuevo Méjico, Nueva Espańa
- Marriage: Bárbara Casilda Durán y Chávez in Sep 1769 in Alburquerque, Nuevo Méjico, Nueva Espańa 252
Noted events in his life were:
• Background Information: 252 Vicente Ferrer Armino, eldest son of Manuel Segundo Durán de Armijo and Francisca Alfonsa Lucero de Godoy, asked to marry Barbara Chávez, daughter of Diego Antonio Durán y Chávez and Juana Silva, in 1769. By 1790 they were living at the Plaza de San Antonio in Alburquerque, where he was a stockman and Teniente, fifty-five years old; his wife, Barbara Casilda Chávez was thirty-five, and they had seven children, not mentioned by name in the census. The couple's difference in ages points to the possibility of Vicente's having been married before, and could very well be the Vicente Armijo who was a son-in-law in 1766 of a José Baca of Albuquerque. It seems, then, that two of the seven children enumerated were Juan, who married Rosalia Ortega, and Manuel, who married Trinidad Gabaldón.
