Robert Trott married Honora, which may be Honour. He shows up in the Taunton Manor register for Poundisford between 1571 to 1591. He resided in the southern part of Trendle, a hamlet in the parish of Pitminster. He will was probated, 1598/9, in Taunton. He was buried on 16 Feb 1599 in Pitminster. His wife was buried on 17 Sep 1627 in Pitminster. Their children who were baptized in Pitminster were:

"Robert Trotte for 1 Messuage and half a vigate of Bondland, 1 Cottage with its sppurtenances, and four acres of Overland in Tything or South Trendle, late held by Hugh Hollwell, by surrender of Richard Trott, to be held on the condition that said Robert shall not sell or surrender the aforsaid premisses nor any portion of the same to any aline person or persons except to oneof the surname of Trotte."

1571. Poundesford. "Robert Trotte for 4 acres of Overland pasturae in the Tything of South Trendle by surrender of William Willes."

1572. Foundesford. "Robert Trotte for 1 Messuage and half a virgate of Bondland, &c.

1573. Poundisford. " Robert Trotte for 3 acres Overland called Saymore in the Tything of Blackdon by surrender of Thos. Vincent."

Mr. Trott probably resided in the southern part of Trendle, now Trull, a hamlet in the parish of Pitminster. His will, 1598/9, was probated in Taunton, file vii, No. 105, old caldendar, but unfortunately has utterly perished.
