His wife was a daughter of Captain Francisco Pérez Granillo, by whom he had two sons and a daughter: Bartolomé III, living in Santa Fe in 1663; Nicolás, residing at the mines of Sonora; and Juana, wife of Diego Pérez Granillo, also at Sonora. Their father had died around the year 1643.
