III, No. 5, settles manors of Tremblyth and Tredeysow on Eva his wife and heirs, and in default rem. to Richard de la Roche (father of Eva) and his heirs.

Ralph Arundell son of Remfrey; sheriff in 1259-60; took possession of Restormel Castle on behalf of Thomas de Tracy in July 1265; married Eve de la Roche in 1242 x 1245 and was given Trembleath manor by Eve's father Sir Richard de la Roche (Rupe) in circa 1255 [Trembleath became the family's principal residence in the later thirteenth and the fourteenth centuries]; purchased Mitchell manor in circa 1270; died Aug 1275 - Feb 1276.
Ralph married Eva de la Roche, daughter of Sir Richard de la Roche Knight and Agnes.1171 (Eva de la Roche was born about 1212 in Tremoderet, Roche, Cornwall, Engalnd and died on 13 Sep 1285.)
