Tables With In Tables

I loves using bright & colorful backgrounds, but often it is hard to read the text written on some backgrounds. If I have many links or text, I often will use a table with a plain color over the background.

On this page I used tables within tables (nesting) to give the page a layered look. Here is the code I used to obtain this look:
