Hugh de Say, brother and heir [of Osbern]. He married Lucy, daughter of Walter de Clifford. He died before Michaelmas 1190. Lucy married, 2ndly, probably in 1195 Sir Bartholomew de Mortimer, who was dead in 1226, when his heir was Matthew de Morley.

Lucy married Hugh de Say, son of Hugh Fitz Osbern and Eustache de Say.¹⁴¹ (Hugh de Say was born in Richard's Castle, Ludlow, Herefordshire, England and died before 29 Sep 1190 in England.)
