• Dates & Events. 252 Felipe Gutiérrez was likely a younger brother of pre-Rebellion Roque Gutiérrez, and was described in the muster-folls of 1681. In 1693, he returned to new México with his wife, Ysabel de Salazar. He was thirty-eight, and a soldier of Santa Fé, in 1698, but the following year he was in Bernalillo, when he gave his age as forty. He died at the age of eighty, the widower of Isabel de Salazar, on August 9, 1737

Felipe Gutiérrez and Ysabel de Salazar returned with the Reconquest; in 1696, he testified that he was 36 and a native of the Rio Abajo. They had two known sons; Antonio and Bartolomé. Antonio living in Bernalillo, married Gregoria Góngora on 4 Nov 1702. Bartolomé, 20, married Nicolasa Montoya in 1708.
