William Law did not come with the frist company to Rowley, Massachusetts. He prchased a half two acre lot of John Newmarch in 1645. On 3 Jul 1645, he married Mary. As his second wife, he married 2 May 1666, Faith Parrat, widow of John Smith and sister of Francis Parrat. William was buried 30 Mar 1668. "The Aged Widow Faith Law" died 30 Mar 1705. Faith's will was dated 14 Dec 1699 and proved 7 May 1705.
