• Background Information. 287 Francisca Herrera de Abrego was the second wife of Alonso Martín Barba. They were married sometime between 1632-1634, after the death of his first wife. Francisca lived through the Pueblo Revolt of 1680 with her eight children. In Sep 1684, she passed muster in El Paso as the head of a household of five people.
