He was born about 1105 and died in 1156. By an unknown wife, he was the father of Meiler Fitz Henry, Justicar of Ireland and Anabilis Fitz Henry, wife of Walter de Ridelisford of Carriebenan, in Kildare. 160

• Background Information. 141 Henry the King's son, whose mother was Nest, daughter of Rhys ap Tewdwr, Prince of South Wales where Henry was born, and wife of Gerald de Windsor. He was slain during Henry II's invasion of Anglesey in 1157, leaving (by an unknown wife) 2 sons.

• Background Information. 1129 Illegitimate son of King Henry I of England, Henry Fitz Henry was also called Henry Fitz Roi in a few records. He was killed in the English attack on Anglesea in 1157. Henry was born while his mother, Nesta, was married to Gerald Fitz Walter, and brought up with the rest of her children. He held lands in Narberth and Pebidiog, South Wales, as well as in Ireland. He is given credit for three children by an unknown woman, Meiler, Robert and Amabilis, as well as a possible son also named Henry.
