Sometime around 1772, Antonio Cisneros married a second time to Juana Bibiana Salazar. Juana Bibiana was the daughter of Antonio Salazar and María Torres. Antonio and Bibiana had six children, whom he named in his will:

María Victoria (baptized 1774)
María Teodora (baptized 1776)
Juan Agustín (baptized 1772 & deceased before father)
María Bárbara (deceased before father)
Juan Manuel (burial 1782)

Juana Bibiana died on 7 Feb 1781 at the age of 28.
