Waltheof lord of Hatton

~George Ormerod's The History of County Palatine and City of Chester, Vol II, p. 795, Waltheof Fitz Ivon, lord of Hatton, by the gift of Nigell his brother, baron of Halton, both living during reign of William the Conqueror. He was the father of William, who succeeded him as the baron of Hatton.
