Antonio Abeyta declared that he was the legitimate son of Diego de Beytia and Catalina Leal, and that he was a resident of the locality of San Antonio de Abiquiú. He names his wife as Rosalía Luján and his son Miguel as his legitimate son and legal heir. Antonio left one hundred varas of land to each of his adopted children, whom he doesn't name. The only other child he names is a son, Nicolas Abeyta.

Witnesses: Antonio Lopes (40), José Armijo (34), both residents of the Villa de Santa Fé; Juachín de Atienza (38), widower and resident of this jurisdiction; Marcos Montoya (40), married, native of the said realm and resident of the pueblo of Río Arriba.
There being no impediment, the couple was married and veiled on 15 Aug 1721 by Fr. José Guerrero.
