Sir Willim de Hoghton, was a memeber of Parliment in 1831, 1402 and 1411. He died before his father. He married Alicia, and had a son, Sir Richard de Hoghton.

Alicia married Sir William de Houghton Knight, son of Sir Richard de Houghton Knight and Joane. (Sir William de Houghton Knight was born about 1400 in Lancashire, England and died before 1422 in Lancashire, England ¹⁶⁷.)
