Miguel Durán, 40, native of Hacienda de don Juan Ruíz de Zavala and soldier of Santa Fé, parents unknown and widowed of María de la Rosa, buried in Santa Fé, and María Rincon, daughter of Antonio Rincon, deceased and doña Antonia Valenzuela, españoles and natives of Mexico City. She had left her home because her mother was against the marriage, and was now deposited in the house of Captain Diego Arias de Quiron, the latter attesting to this fact along wiht Captain Antonio Ulibarrí.
