Vasco Lorrenzo de Acuña was the second lord of Taboa in Portugal and the second son of Lorenzo Fernñndez, señor de casa Acuña. Vasco Lorenzo married doña Teresa Pérez of Portugal, eldest daughter and successor of don Pedro Fernández of Portugal, and his wife doña Frolle Ruiz de Pereyra, daughter of don Ruy González de Pereyra, señor de casa and his wife doña Sancha Engríquez de Portocamero, his second wife. Don Pedro Fernádez de Portugal was the son of don Fernán Ramírez and grandson of don Ramiro Quartela.

Don Ramiro Quartela was the father of Fernán Ramírez who married Christina Soarez. Their son was don Pedro Fernández who married doña Frolle Roiz de Pereyra and their three daughters were: Teresa Pérez, Mayor Pérez and Masalda Pérez.
Teresa Pérez married Vasco Lourenço de Cuña and their children were: Estevan Vázquez de Cuña, Martín Vázquez de Cuña, Sancha Vázquez, Ynes Vázquez and Teresa Vázquez Monja en Tarouquela.
