The son of Dia (Diego) Gómez was Ruy Díaz de la Vega, who was the father Gonzalo Ruiz de la Vega, señor de Casa, who received a large inheritance in 1255, a favor from Gómez Manríque. Gonzalo's son was don Pedro Lasso de la Vega, señor de la Vega, Almirante mayor de la Man in 1269.
