Agnes de Storeton was daughter and coheir, with her sister Joan, of her parents Annabella, sole daughter and heiress, lady of Storeton and her husband Alexander Magister, alias de Storeton, the tutor of Randle de Blundeville, 6th earl of Chester. Annabella was the daughter of Ralph Fitz Alan Sylvester who was the son and heir of Alan Sylvester, grantee of Storeton, Paddington, and the master forestership of Wirral, from Randle Meschines, 3rd earl of Chester, circa 1120.
