Felipe acheco was a son of Juan Pérez Pacheco and Antonia de Arratia, both of whom were dead when Felipe married Antonia de Leyva, 16 Jan 1702 [DM, 1701, no. 6]. Hence Felipe, and perhaps Matías Pacheco also, was a brother of Josefa Pacheco in that same section. Felipe was a sergeant and 35 years old in 1709, when he took a second wife, Rosa Martín of Santa Cruz [DM, 1709, no. 16].
