• Background Information: 252 Hilario de Archuleta, son of Andrés de Archuleta and Josefa Martín according to his last will, left a numerous progeny in Cuyamungué. His first wife was Bernarda Trujillo, by whom he had five children, Antonio Diciano, Andrés Santiago (died in infancy), Bernardo Antonio (died in infancy), Julio Antonio (died in manhood), and Felix Victor, living and married. Hilario and Bernarda were married on 3 May 1734. Julio Antonio, born on 22 Apr 1741, married Margarita Lucero on 1 Nov 1766. Felix Victor married Barbara Gómez del Castillo on 13 May 1774, and died on 3 Dec 1789.
Hilario's second wife was Antonia de Ontiveros, who bore him five more children: María Isabel, Juliana de la Encarnación, Bernardo Antonio, Juan and Bernardo Crisóstomo. Part of his estate also went to the children of his deceased son, Julio. A son by this wife, Cristóbal Marcelino, not mentioned in the will, was born on 6 Jun 1755, and inherited land next to that of his sister Juliana. María Antonia de Ontiveros had a first husband, Juan Andrés González, by whom she had children. She died in 1806.
