• Background Information. 169,713 Sir Thoms Dutton of Dutton, Kinght, son and heir of John and Margaret, married Anne, daughter of James Lord of Audley, and had issue, Peter Dutton, eldest son, slain with his father at the Battle of Blore-Heath, John Dutton, second son and heir, Anne Dutton married Sir Thomas Molineaus of Sefton in Lancashire, Isabel Dutton, married Sir Christopher Sotheworth of Sotheworth in Lancashire, Elizabeth Dutton, married Raufe Bostock of Bostock in Davenham Parish in Cheshire, Esq. by whom had issue Anne daughter and heir who married Sir John Savage of Clifton in Cheshire, Margaret Dutton married Thomas Aston of Aston, in 1467, and Elinour Dutton married Richard Cholmondley of Cholmondley in Broxton Hundred, Esquire.
Sir Thomas was slain at Blore Heath, 23 Sep 1459, along with a brother and a son, as well as other relatives.
